Thanks! to all those whose names have not appeared in this newsletter and whose good deeds have gone unrecognized. I know that many of you prefer to work behind the scenes, and seek no reward for your good deeds. And I know that I am all too prone to forget a name when thanking people! So please know how much we appreciate every effort, great and small, that is made to strengthen, beautify, and enrich this church of Christ.

We welcome Rev. Joan Murray back to our pulpit as guest preacher on July 13th. She has served as minister for Ecclesia, which offers worship and counseling to homeless people on Boston Common; and has experience as a mental health chaplain. Our minister will be in Rochester, New York, that weekend, officiating at the wedding of her cousin’s daughter.
